Mold and Allergen Sampling

Before purchasing or selling your home, or if you notice a particular odor or are having allergic symptoms, you may want to consider having your home tested for molds and other allergens.

While many molds are common and harmless, some molds and other allergens can be dangerous to those with certain health conditions such as asthma or impaired immune systems.

If molds or allergens are detected in your home, there are steps you can take to eliminate them and make your home safer and more comfortable.

We do both air sampling and tape/particle sampling for molds and other allergens, and provide a thorough report showing the results of the sampling.
